Our Story
The idea for ACTS was born during our own consultation training at university. Coming from client-facing roles, we thought we were strong communicators. But we quickly discovered how incredibly difficult it is to truly listen, take accurate notes, ask the right questions, build problem lists, show genuine empathy — all while the clock is ticking.
We kept wishing there was a safe, realistic way to practice full consultations before facing real clients or actors. Nothing like that existed.
A few months later, James turned to Corey and asked, “Could we actually build something that mimics a real client-vet conversation?” Corey replied without hesitation: “I think I can make that happen.” Ten months, eight prototypes, and countless late nights later, we had done it.
We combined real veterinary experience with cutting-edge AI to create a simulator that feels remarkably human. Today, ACTS is helping universities transform veterinary education — one confident consultation at a time.
