1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Better Veterinarians Pty Ltd (ABN 12 345 678 901).

2. Our Services & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use our services. By creating an account you agree to provide accurate information.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supply of the service or the cost of re-supply.

4. User Content & Transcripts

You retain ownership of your consultation transcripts and feedback. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use de-identified transcripts and analytics to improve ACTS AI and develop new features.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, scenarios, and technology belong to us. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

6. User Conduct & Disclaimers

ACTS is an educational training tool only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice or clinical practice. The service is provided “as is”.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
